Is there a return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 48 hours from the date you receive the shipment. The product must be in NEW condition and contain all original packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain products. Please include a note stating why you are returning the item. If a note is not included, we reserve the right to refuse the return. When shipping items back to us, be sure to use a carrier that provides tracking or delivery confirmation. We do not accept responsibility for items shipped back to us that are lost in transportation.
**Non-Rerturnable Products**
Sorry, we do not accept returns on mouthpieces, reeds and any other products that requires you to put your mouth on the product due to heath code reasons. Also, any sheet music or recorded material is not returnable. This is a basic list that includes the majority of non-returnable items, but is not all inclusive. Please contact us before returning the product if there are any questions.

Can I pick up the items locally?
Yes, you can visit our retail store, but be sure to contact us before stopping in. From time to time, we do have products shipped from off-site warehouses. This way we can be sure it is in the store before you make the trip.

Do you carry items that are not on your webite?
Yes. If there is something you are looking for, please call us at 262-378-4641. Often times, due to dealer restrictions, there are products we are not allowed to advertise through our website.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Due to the changing costs of shipments, we will provide a quote for shipping overseas.
